This 4.7 rating is from when Dr.paul and Dr. Micheal was present yes the Drs and nurse practitioners are good however the staff are rude unprofessional and lack knowledge of information. The wait is extremely long with an appointment!
Hands down, the worst facility to go to. Wait times are criminal. The doctors are never there. Novice staff. No real care at all. They only are there to take the money from people's insurance while providing the worst care possible. Do yourself a huge favor and choose somewhere else.
I would love to add to all these positive reviews, but I cannot. Because it is impossible to make an appointment. I've been trying to schedule a new patient appointment for over a week now and nobody EVER answers the phone! It just rings and rings. Or some elevator music plays with an automated voice saying please hold. Their website is basic and does not allow for online appointment setting. Very minimal information on website.
