I would love to add to all these positive reviews, but I cannot. Because it is impossible to make an appointment. I've been trying to schedule a new patient appointment for over a week now and nobody EVER answers the phone! It just rings and rings. Or some elevator music plays with an automated voice saying please hold. Their website is basic and does not allow for online appointment setting. Very minimal information on website. The best
If you come here with an appointment or with out an appointment be ready to spend about 4 hrs of your life here sitting in the waiting room and seeing the doctor , I don’t even like to go for my routine check ups because it’s impossible with this place , I think 4 hours for some blood work is ridiculous
Previously they were doing an amazing work, nowadays they are decreasing the quality of care during their treatments. My husband, father and I, have been seen doctor Paul and Mike for the last couple of years, but the girls they hired to do the blood screening are careless. My husband and I ended up with bruises after a blood work. This is not the first time she does it, she did it to me and my dad previously, they should be more careful when it comes to seniors but it seems nobody has realized how uncomfortable this can be.
