Outstanding service from the receptionist to my primary care provider.
When a clinic tells you to go to the emergency room for any symptom that might bring you to the clinic, the question arises as to what exactly is the purpose of the clinic. I, as a guy, was told I needed to see a gynecologist! Never in my life I seen such blame-shifting and compassionless lack of attention to physical suffering.
