Alex was on time. Very professional. Great customer service. Did not charge us for a quick diagnosis. Even called the next day with more information.
Excellent service and easy to talk to. We had a bad heater that needed a small repair before it got cold. Alex West took care if it quickly on the weekend. Thank you so much.
I’m assuming the 16 reviews were from friends and family, was on the phone with the dude for 2 minutes and all the tones and the way he responded to my messages were painting a pretty picture about how the service would be. Work on your customer service man. I asked three different questions and you answered them with the same answer as if you had a attitude. I get it 105 is your hourly rate (not affordable at all for what I needed done.)
