If I could rate myself as a dental patient, I'd be 2, maybe 3 stars. I grew up poor-- er, financially substandard-- and teeth were luxury bones that didn't get regular professional attention. Root canal on a 5 year old with NO anesthetics and no apology that they overlooked that part. Told me she was too unruly as he drilled in her with three techs holding her down. It wasn’t until after I learned about the lack of even a. numbing gel or shot before he began his torture. Likable fella until I saw the whole gimmick they run...
