I had an issue with a payment online and the manager Rachael handled it very well. She asked to call me back so she can have time to review it and did give me a call as she promised and resolved it very quickly. Very professional. That is how management is done.

I moved to West Haven in 1985. I had two bad experiences where they sent me a tax statement that I never saw and said was in the "supplemental tax office" but never knew of it. I had been paying my taxes over the years and was getting beach stickers in the mail. I thought I was all paid up! A few years later I find out about this "supplemental tax bill". This is the worst tax office I’ve ever had to deal with the woman that answers the phone hangs up on you talks over you talks about everything else instead of letting you explain your self so they can better help you. I had paid all my taxes up, and I randomly see more bills popping up, even though I do not have the vehicles anymore, the prices keep getting higher random fees popping up every time you cannot get anyone on the phone and if you do, it’s just the rude female she will hang up on you.
