They keep upping rent here but can't ever get Maintenance out here to fix anything even if it's an emergency. They'll tell you that they'll be their that day and not show up for days.
I’ve been living here for 5 years now and I’m very unhappy with how this park has started to go down hill within the last year. Ive used to be able to call and needed something fixed and it was done the same day if not then the next. Now I call and I get told someone is coming and no one comes. I make complaints, nothing is done. I called in November about my water heater and my floor,l needing to be fixed, all they did was “turn my water heater up” and put small blocks of wood through my heating vent and called it good( it’... read more
