My sisters and I love this place. Everyone from the administrative staff, receptionist, housekeeping, laundry, and ESPECIALLY most importantly the Nurses and CNAs have been phenomenal. All the nurses are always willing to answer your questions and make sure that you are comfortable and update you with any little changes with your loved one.The CNAs provide such delicate care to the residents as if they were taking care of their own family. Very caring staff. Father in law has been there about 6 months and is doing really well. All staff from front desk to care takers to administration have been very supportive in transitioning him into this chapter of his life. Thank you
After a very upsetting situation in another hospital, we had to have our Mom transferred to West Haven. The whole staff, from admissions director Vanessa, Social Worker Mary, the caring psychiatrist (whos name escapes me), the director of Nursing, and the front desk receptionist were amazing. I want to give special kudos to Victor, my Moms nurse who was especially kind and patient dealing with my Mom. Rosa and the other nursing staff were also caring and kind.
