i been living in this building since 2000 and we had more supers thin a little bit and the building management is the worse were they don't care about there tenants at all nothing never gets fix or done in my apartment you have to wait until they feel like coming to fix things i hate this building management so bad i have mad problems in my apartment

The office front lady that recently start working, has a habit of lying and manipulating others. She constantly changing what she said, ignored if she doesn’t want to response, and she has two faces. When her boss is around, she pretended that she did not do anything wrong and innocent. Other people work here seems to be a polite and respectful to others.
My Name is Benjamin and I was walking by on or about April 18, 2022 when I witness about 3 employees and volunteers verbally attack a person on a yellow scooter just because he was unaware of a minor thing , The young black male was humiliated and treated like a criminal by the staff members at West Harlem Group Assistance which was inappropriate and unlawful bossiness practices in the community , I hope that the staff members don't further violated the young black male rights to avoid a potential Lawsuit.
