This is the worst organization the receive money from HPD to completely renovate the building and the makeup the exterior of the building and my apartment needs major repair in the kitchen and the bathroom and they said to me the are not going to repair even though the receive funds to completely renovate the building . The manager of my building did not care and the program director a dictator . If I can give this New Management team no stars at all that would be great. I have lived in Harlem for close to 8 years and management is getting worst year after year. They threaten tenants with eviction lawsuits when you're actually Paying rent. When Money order payments go missing on their end it's your fault. Trying to communicate professionally with these people is a pure joke. They don't know how to handle business at all and the lack of communication with them, speaks volumes. I applied back in 2013 for a building with low income when I wasn't making enough money. fast forward I got an email asking me to provide my income so I did( I know make way more increased in salary over the years over 50k) the lady Lisa told me my income isn't sufficient. I asked her to let me know the income range for the building and I knew ppl who lives in WHG who don't have an income. I am confused why she never told me income for a building that I originally applied which was like $700 in 2013.
i been living in this building since 2000 and we had more supers thin a little bit and the building management is the worse were they don't care about there tenants at all nothing never gets fix or done in my apartment you have to wait until they feel like coming to fix things i hate this building management so bad i have mad problems in my apartment
This landlord are the worse I have 2 year in a 2 bed apartment full of rats
