I had a bad experience with the new property Management I believe her name is Meeka the last person was lady name Dawn unfortunately she passed away and she was very more considerate and helpful to the community. This new person I believe is racist and she's very inconsiderate to helping people like she supposed to do with moving in trying to find shelter for their family. Your apartment will be filled with smoke and every smell of your neighbors. I've been here several years, but this will be my last. I've posted pictures of what I experienced when I moved in. Air conditioner filled with black mold. Fungus growing in the walls, bugs everywhere. Maintenance guy is very nice, but he's the only one so nothing gets done. Garbage people coupling well with garbage management. Dawn's a lazy sack of lard. Tenets are generally rude and ignorant. Good luck if you decide to live here.

This place went from having decent tenants to mostly straight up trash. Management does nothing about any problems. I've been here almost 5 years now, and will be moving shortly. We had new neighbors move in about 18 months ago, who everyone in the building has complained about. They play loud music, 24/7. They pound on the walls and floor all night and day. They have people coming in and out, all hours of the night. They have a dog they allow to run around the hallway and use the carpets as it's toilet. They have kids, who ... read more
