Lou is extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable and the patience of a saint . This is my second pair of dentures with Lou and this time I got implant supported dentures...Lou was so helpful every step of the way.. this is a longer process than getting just regular dentures.. he answered all question so patiently even after I asked the same questions several times.. my teeth look beautiful and most importantly stay in place... I'm extremely happy! Thanks Lou! Ps.... Josie is the best Barb
