Unfair rating based on people already being grumpy having to go to the hospital. Some of you don't need to go to the ER, by the way. It's a small hospital, with a very small ER. Some ER beds are in the hall, which I see as accommodating. Based on personal experience, the staff triage well, meaning if you truly need care you will get it. Good doctors and nurses who listen, staff were in good moods, which is not often the case for hospital workers. Very bad service very bad people
I almost died because of the negligence I experienced at hagersville emergency department… I was internally bleeding and thank god for the war memorial hospital because if they did not catch it I would not be here right now and I am genuinely terrified as a 22 year old women how I could of died because the doctor thought it would Be better to lecture me on hydration rather than run real tests
I was in for a problem with my foot and the Doctor started looking at it while they were taking my information. The staff was phenomenal and efficient, making for a quick diagnosis. The Doctor called a couple hours later with some lab results out of an abundance of caution, leaving the phone no in case I had any questions! Haven’t had that elsewhere.
It is a wonderful hospital and the service and medical staff are more than wonderful. If I had 100 stars, I would have given them to it. Thank you very much for your care for my son.👍👍👍
