If you want to sit and wait for hours and not have anyone talk to you...best to come to this hospital. Useless!!! If you want to die waiting come here...and the staff are rude!!! Awful hospital...go to dunneville. Place is dirty and a shit hole also

Worst place I’ve been to and I am American and deal with American healthcare.. because I don’t have an Ontario health card I was skipped over and treated significantly worse than everyone else there. Watched people who came in after me get seen and discharged and I still haven’t seen the doctor I was there at 9:30 am finally after feeling way worse I decided to leave and chance it. Incompetent, dangerous doctors. I was told to do something that will break my foot. A complete misdiagnosis and a dangerous one at that. Stay away from this place if you value your health.

Friendly, supportive staff. Wait times vary, however typically are quicker than surrounding hospitals.

Went in today for gastroscope. Everyone was so so nice. Cathy that was the nurse to do my stats and put in the IV was amazing. She heard and listened to my fears of the needles and experiences taht ive had it the past and she made me feel comfortable and seen. And she knocked it out of the park. Had I had her for all IVs in the past I probably wouldn't fear them. Thank You Cathy
