Slow as hell, been here for hours, they'll just come in and tell me my ear is swollen. Won't even take 5 mins after being here for 5 hours with only 5 others in the waiting room. Dumbest hospital ever.

Somebody needs to do something about this hospital. Waited 45 mins to be triaged with nobody in front of me. Skipped my sick baby twice. I hate this hospital *edit This hospital is garbage. Dr yar or whatever his name is didn’t even look at my baby and prescribed him inhalers. So I take my baby to Mc master they actually check him. He had the flu an ear infection and the REAL doctors their said to take him off inhalers. Hagersville hospital is a joke. I don’t know how they stayed open.

awful and neglectful. grandpa was in there and was admitted for 3 weeks. terrible bedside etiquette, tried feeding him food he literally couldnt eat (after we told them he doesnt have teeth), barely changed his incontinence pad, even when asked, discharged him one morning and told is he was fine, he wasnt, took him to a better hospital, told us he had a stroke the night before they discharged him and they still let him go home telling us everything was fine, now he needs a blood transfusion. the doctors were great when they ... read more

Wonderful experience at Hagersville Hospital! The staff were kind and attentive, the hospital was clean, and I felt truly cared for. Coming from Vancouver, BC, it was such a refreshing experience.
