We arrived at the Emergency Dept before 4:00 pm on a Friday with a patient in significant pain. After assessment, bloodwork, treatment for pain & nausea, and observation, the patient was discharged at 1:15 am. Most of the visit comprised waiting between stages of care. We were told that ultrasound imaging wasn't available over the weekend, so this key step couldn't be performed during the visit. Waiting 2 and half hours after telling them how much pain i was in to sit in the triage and not even get seen or get a room. Place is a joke. Wouldnt go there again
I brought my daughter here last night, and the nurse in registration was wonderful. She was so sweet asking if anyone in the waiting room needed a warm blanket. Very thoughtful. It was a long wait, but it was a busy night. We got xrays and the doctor was very thorough. I would certainly return.
No patients. And still waiting.
