I’ve had a really positive experience with West Grove Clinic in Kenosha, especially through their Suboxone treatment program. The providers and staff are genuinely kind, patient, and supportive. They create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being honest and asking questions without judgment. Courteous front desk staff working alongside outstanding providers. Questions are answered in a timely fashion (typically less than 2 business days) by providers, billing and support staff.
Amazing place! The front desk was so phenomenal and helpful when I called. They were very empathetic and supportive.
The most misleading joke of the recovery system. Waited 2 months to see a psychologist and after filling out my life's history and signing legal documents of family history and my own lifetime story they finally tell me the dr is ready to seemed. They put me in this tiny room with a computer in my face and tell me to enter my name the dr will be with me shortly. All I can see on computer screen is a small picture of my face. Where's the dr?
