I went here for a clogged ear. The nurse looked at my ear and simply chalked it up to earwax and ferociously flushed my ear. When the syringe was first put in my ear, I said "ow" because the nurse initially put it way too deep in my ear and she mocked me and said "Ow?" and I was like yes it is way too deep so she adjusted.
