So grateful to this group. I tried everywhere to get my child evaluated and each place we tried, had excuses for why they couldn't see us. The ladies here helped me and my family so much. Shannon was open and available to my concerns and needs when booking the initial appt. She was so great at communicating what to expect, and the whole process. Professional, thorough and detailed oriented.
I'm extremely confused by some of these reviews and comments. While I don't want to doubt anyone's personal experience and understand that these can always vary from mine, it seems that many of these reviews are coming from parents struggling with the diagnosis they receive for their child. That's valid, but it's not okay to make false statements. It is very disheartening to read the negative reviews here. I literally have no idea what I would have done had I not found Dr. Tina Caudill of West Georgia Psychological Services. She is a Godsend. I had found myself frustrated by school administrators along with my son's teachers not listening to my observations which led me to believe that there were legitimate issues causing my son to struggle academically.
