The ABSOLUTE worst experience today. I normally pay out of pocket but I have new insurance. I told the receptionist this when I got to my appointment. She argued with me and said I gave her my new insurance cards when she told me I had to pay but I gave her my insurance card as soon as I walked in. She basically told the doctor I could pay anything. Which was the not the truth. I was prepared to pay but I wanted to use my insurance that is IN network with them. I would give Dr.Jazmine a five star. I have been coming to use her for probably 6 to 8 years now and called to get a appointment they had to schedule me as a new patient because I had not seen her in about two years so this threw me having to wait about 2 months before I could get a appointment. Can’t believe 6 to 8 years of her being my therapist and they want to put me in as a new patient. Not very happy with this and will definitely ask her why she would do this to her patients like this.
