5 star service from Joe Byrd and his son, Dylan. They diagnosed my problems (old Dometic refrigerator wasn't cooling and my steps were bent and inoperable). Joe gave me the necessary (and correct!) information to order replacement parts and then tbey installed them quickly and when promised. Rates were what you would expect but they worked so quickly and efficiently, the labor cost was about half of what I expected. Joe is also a "Yellow Pages" in sourcing parts and pieces you might expect to be unobtainable on an older RV.
I had an outstanding experience with Joe]! When my RV a/c broke down unexpectedly, he responded immediately, arriving at my location in no time. His professionalism and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed everything perfectly. Thank you Joe for coming out on such short notice. Joe is very knowledgable and really appreciate the service he provided. I had a leak in my pull out he found the area resealed and virtually did a complete walk around fixing other areas. I highly recommend Joe and his assistant and look forward to using him again
Joe is the best RV repairman there is!
If you need on-site RV repair, Joe is the guy to call. He knows his stuff and won’t steer you wrong. I have two RVs and have used other on-site repair people in the past with mixed results. Joe showed up on time and repaired two issues (including an inverter replacement) in less than an hour. His prices are very reasonable and he’s a good guy as well. Will definitely work with Joe again. Highly recommend!
