Joe and his wife came on a Sunday to fix me do the AC in my camper after I had a power outage. They are great people to do business with and highly recommend!
5 star service from Joe Byrd and his son, Dylan. They diagnosed my problems (old Dometic refrigerator wasn't cooling and my steps were bent and inoperable). Joe gave me the necessary (and correct!) information to order replacement parts and then tbey installed them quickly and when promised. Rates were what you would expect but they worked so quickly and efficiently, the labor cost was about half of what I expected. Joe is also a "Yellow Pages" in sourcing parts and pieces you might expect to be unobtainable on an older RV.
I had an outstanding experience with Joe]! When my RV a/c broke down unexpectedly, he responded immediately, arriving at my location in no time. His professionalism and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed everything perfectly.
