Overall a good experience, clean facilities. Front desk and staff in the rear are professional and helpful. Would have rated 5 stars if not for one of the employees at the check out desk viping. Who does that? This is a medical office and the lady is sitting at her computer checking patients out and is viping!! Bty, this was at the warm spring location

Every time I go to West Georgia Eye Care there is an issue. Today, at the desk at the North Columbus Office, the front desk girl asks me what my last name is. I tell her, I spell it for her, give my dob and first name, offer her my ID, which she refuses. She asks me my name again. She is always so flippant! She says I am not in the system. I have seen this doc before. It takes an act of congress for them to find my info. She calls someone, it takes a long time, meanwhile, the check-in line is backing up.
