I worked for Scott a few years back, and have this to say. After reading “Mr. Robb’s” review, i can say first hand that I’ve witnessed something similar..but it was in no way, shape or form to blame Scott. I remember working on more than a few “outdated” RV generators while employed there, but Scott never sold anybody short, or B.Sed anyone when it came down to the bottom line. If I could rate these guys more than 5 stars, I would! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! Not only did they get the generator we had up and running, they worked endlessly to squeeze us in with our SHORT time frame for repair. The office manager is a wonderful and kind woman whom returned my calls every time if she wasn't available and our service tech, Kevin, did a AMAZING job with the repair, worked the weekend to squeeze us in, and even re-installed the unit in an RV!! I have heard bad things from a previous customer of theirs. Does not seem like a reasonable place to do business. There are other shops around.
