I have had 4 years of great generator service with WGS and highly recommend them. found it odd reading some reviews, yet I realized early after installation that annual service is a necessity. The original contractor lost his business during COVID and when I reached out other groups, they were adamant about touching equipment that they didn't install, yet WGS stepped up & gained my loyal business.

I worked for Scott a few years back, and have this to say. After reading “Mr. Robb’s” review, i can say first hand that I’ve witnessed something similar..but it was in no way, shape or form to blame Scott. I remember working on more than a few “outdated” RV generators while employed there, but Scott never sold anybody short, or B.Sed anyone when it came down to the bottom line. If I could rate these guys more than 5 stars, I would! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! Not only did they get the generator we had up and running, they worked endlessly to squeeze us in with our SHORT time frame for repair. The office manager is a wonderful and kind woman whom returned my calls every time if she wasn't available and our service tech, Kevin, did a AMAZING job with the repair, worked the weekend to squeeze us in, and even re-installed the unit in an RV!!
