I've been coming here for quite a while and they always do a great job of caring for my snake! He wasn't eating so I brought him in and they were able to jump start his eating in just a few weeks! Could not recommend this place enough.

I called a week ago and spoke to the rudest woman who was condescending and spoke to me disrespectfully. She made it seem like I wasn’t within the time to bring him within the time frame given by the rescue. I was called today to confirm the appointment by the same woman who made my appointment my appointment was immediately put into my calendar as 10 am July 10th as that worked with my other appointments that day and somehow it was magically changed to a time that is impossible for me. I feel like I was held hostage by familiarity for 15 years. I’ve been taking both dogs and cats to Dr.Pappas since I moved to the area years ago and while I’ve always had my issues, they’ve been mostly serviceable. My main complaint early on, like many others, was the hypocrisy of presenting yourself as a low stress (fear free) veterinary option while at the same time having an incredibly loud bird in the lobby that makes every animal waiting for care freak out.
