I had my first appointment today with hygienist Stacey and my experience was wonderful! Prior to my appointment, I had some anxiety with the dentist due to past experiences, but the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Michelle, the Patient Concierge, greeted me with warmth and kindness as I walked in and eased my nerves. She gave me a detailed rundown of what to expect prior to my appointment and calmed my anxiety. I’m 69 years old and have went to a few different offices in my life but this has been one of the best if not the best experiences of my life.Many thanks to Dr Kay and the whole team!!!
Stacey was very pleasant and completed my cleaning with great care. Dr. Abdulah Jabri was also very pleasant and told me what I needed to do going forward concerning the care of my teeth.
