Had great customer service experience with two employees helping open a checking account and getting me a cashiers check within an hour. Not to mention this was over lunch where other banks would have taken days!
The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint with this bank is that they hold large deposits far longer than any bank I deal with. They held my last large deposit, which was from another bank and verified, for 4 days before I had the other bank call them to release the funds.
Singled out at Bellevue branch, 4 cars in parking lot.. Waiting for Westgate Bank, Bellevue to open. Approached by woman (?) Asked to leave parking lot and THREATENED if I didn't immediately leave she would call police. She demanded I leave immediately and angry I was finishing reading two Bible verses Westgate Bank you just UNDID every kind thing your Bank ever did.
Shelly and her team are second to none. I have several business accounts with West Gate and they are hands down the best option available. If you want the personal touch to your banking needs you must come to the branch in Bellevue. Never will you receive this level of customer service at the large institutions or would they know you by name when you walk in. Thank you West Gate Bank of Bellevue!! You all ROCK!!
