It’s always very great ! With all staff members I’m so appreciative of all there Hospitality and Positive attitude’s that I’ve took them Mexican foo 2 times in the last 2 years that’s West Gate Bank for having this wonderful Bankers here God Bless!! Everyone 🫶🏼
Had great customer service experience with two employees helping open a checking account and getting me a cashiers check within an hour. Not to mention this was over lunch where other banks would have taken days!
The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint with this bank is that they hold large deposits far longer than any bank I deal with. They held my last large deposit, which was from another bank and verified, for 4 days before I had the other bank call them to release the funds.
Singled out at Bellevue branch, 4 cars in parking lot.. Waiting for Westgate Bank, Bellevue to open. Approached by woman (?) Asked to leave parking lot and THREATENED if I didn't immediately leave she would call police. She demanded I leave immediately and angry I was finishing reading two Bible verses Westgate Bank you just UNDID every kind thing your Bank ever did.
