The staff is always friendly, I feel like this is not the bank tellers fault, but who do I complain too? So my card got scammed, it's a debit card I shop online however they don't have the temporarily card anymore. This is a huge inconvenience, I had to leave my card unfrozen otherwise I would of been stuck at a gass station. The teller over the phone said I could order a card in the app. However the card won't work without a pin, I tried to bypass the pin and just hit enter. It’s always very great ! With all staff members I’m so appreciative of all there Hospitality and Positive attitude’s that I’ve took them Mexican foo 2 times in the last 2 years that’s West Gate Bank for having this wonderful Bankers here God Bless!! Everyone 🫶🏼
Had great customer service experience with two employees helping open a checking account and getting me a cashiers check within an hour. Not to mention this was over lunch where other banks would have taken days!
The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint with this bank is that they hold large deposits far longer than any bank I deal with. They held my last large deposit, which was from another bank and verified, for 4 days before I had the other bank call them to release the funds.
