Very promp and fast service
The branch Manager (Casey Brandt) is extremely rude, repeatedly refused to give me documentation regarding a check that came from an account with Insufficient funds. If you're going to hire a branch manager, maybe don't hire someone who's incapable of being empathic, and who loved telling me I was "extremely rude" for insisting on documentation, after she responded with "I'm not willing to go and type anything for you" I was thinking of opening an account here?
