Every time I go to this branch they know my name and are so grateful to help me with what ever I need. I can walk in to ask a question and they go out of there way to find the right answer. In 2006 I acquired a construction loan, after construction was complete in 2007 a 3 year loan was granted and then a 3 month extension was given, (This was during the last economic downturn starting in 2008.) Another 3 year renewal was granted. WHAT LANDLORD TENANT LAW We rented a home in North Lincoln in April by a landlord who did not require a written lease but we did agree upon certain stipulations of the verbal lease. These were as follows: 1, We would have total use of the garage and the landlord would remove his property within a week or so of our taking possession of the property. 2. They duped us into accepting a price on our home (as homebuilders) that was too low to cover our debt by saying they would "work with us on it." This comment, when said immediately after we stressed we could not afford to accept the low price, most certainly implied they would do something to share in the loss.
