When you're a caregiver and can't get to bank often so you have to call more than you'd like, majority don't exhibit good customer service skills at all... Whether unpleasant or seeming bothered which is hard to believe for such a tiny bank location. Usually from the guys, never had one of the women seem rude, but most the guys in their 20s there need some customer service skills bc most answer the phone like they hate their job and having to help people. Very good place with good people... manager at this location worked with banker at Old Chenney to fix the issue I was experiencing. Thankfully grateful to good people.
