Rude and lazy robot loan officer with no sales skills or explanations to the customer. I don't trust her, which is not good for an employee in a financial sales role. AI does a great job with processes and she makes it clear this is transactional vs. the bygone days where banking was built on relationships. AI will be a huge improvement for her position.
