Super helpful and kind
I just want to say thank you to the person who left me a voicemail, and changed my stuff so I’m not negative so much money. It’s hard to keep money in this account when my payments process everything 1-3 days later. Other than that I’ve not had another issues at this bank!
This location has the most friendly and helpful staff! Today we went in to ask some questions about a couple of transactions. They explained the problem and not only did they offer solutions, they refunded the fees. Absolutely recommend West Gate Bank.
