Greatly appreciate all the help with my online bill pay. They were so helpful and very nice. Cameron was very understanding of my situation, thank you.
If I could rate this bank zero stars I would. Had my account with them for 8 years and have had nothing but issues with them. The last straw is they updated their websites/ mobile banking apps. Put all the right info in and it locked me out of account. Put in recovery information all to tell me I have zero accounts with them when I clearly do. Makes you feel really good trusting a bank with money when you don’t even know if there is any money or accounts still there.

Cherokee was most helpful and patient with us as we set up our account and online access. When I called back later another person was also very helpful and patient as she helped us get a new password and link with our other bank. We have been impressed with our neighborhood bank on West O and look forward to doing business just a few blocks away. Thank you, Duane and Linda
