If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been banking with them since 2018 and in the past year and a half. I have had more than eight fraudulent activities on my card. There was one point that I went to a branch. Actually I went to two branches, and neither of them had replacement cards because of all the fraud that they have had they actually charged me $45 in total for fraudulent activity that had nothing to do with me and it continues to happen. If you want your money held by a bank that intentionally misinforms customers, deposits into other customers accounts (on multiple occasions), delays access to deposited funds by unheard of time-frames (WEEKS...for a payroll check!) and provides the most heartless customer service I've ever received from a bank...well then, West Gate Bank is the place for your hard-earned cash. We apologize for any delays you may have experienced with access to your funds. Our research shows you were given credit in error for a deposit that was not your funds. Those funds were held until we confirmed the error, and then removed from your balance, but those were not your funds to begin with, so no restrictions were placed on balances you deposited.
