Horrible customer service! Like soooooooo horrible. Yuck…. So extremely shocking to be honest. The front desk need manners beyond belief !
DR FAN IS THE WORST DOCTOR IN THIS WORLD!!!!!! DONT GO TO HIM! HE WILL TELL YOU YOU ONLY HAVE ANXIETY AND IBS. HE RUINED MY LIFE AND MY HEALTH. I AM DISABLED AND VERY SICK BECAUSE HE DIDNT TAKE MY SYMPTOMS SERIOUSLY.
DONT GO THERE! THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES OR FAX MACHINES! FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE (MILAGROS)AND CANT HANDLE HER POSITION. BETTER CARE ELSEWHERE!
I couldn't give it a 0 HORRIBLE CARE THE FRONT OFFICE MILAGROS WAS RUDE. NO SKILLS THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. DONT GO THERE. THE RECEPTIONIST DONT CARE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Terrible & traumatic experience. After tons of procedures to figure out what was wrong with me, I asked for treatment options & they said it would be “a liability” to offer me treatment. I asked if they could generally make any recommendations in regard to my diet (what can I eat without being in pain?) and the Dr answered “I would never tell a woman to diet 😉” which felt inappropriate and wasnt what I asked.
