I been trying to call for a prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy about a month ago. Call today twice they have me on hold for more than 30 minutes and no luck.
The customer service was terrible. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and informed me that I couldn’t schedule an appointment until July 2025, which is seven months away, as they are fully booked.
DONT GO THERE! Horrible experience with this clinic at Long beach..My second appointment at this clinic this time with Dr Fan. Dr. Fan he came into the room and sat on his chair ,started speaking instantly with no eye contact writing something. He did not , introduce himself, i had to ask who he was, then I mentioned to him that I was very unhappy with my prior visit with Dr Cyril Anyadike, MD at the same location and that I needed to talk to him about my terrible experience i had, hoping he would understand and do better..H... read more
