I had a very positive attitude about this office. Then after my treatment I called about follow up and have been put on hold for 5 minutes, 10 minutes and continued to get put on hold over and over. If the staff are that busy I think they need to either hire more staff or actually get back to the patient sooner. If they don't want to follow up on my treatment then just say so and quit wasting my time and patience.
