If I could give zero stars I would! This is the LAST place you would ever want to live. In 2023-24 I made the mistake, and it was a joke right from the very start. They managed to swindle the court system, by dragging out an ongoing argument that my dog is a service animal, when I discovered multiple issues inclduing cochroaches, sewage coming up from my kitchen sink, and whole lot more. The maintence man got his hand caught in the snake unclogging the toilet (Im sure you can imagine how skilled he was otherwise) and left me... read more
Honestly love living here. It's quiet, people are respectable, & it's close to Kroger, gas station, family dollar. It's also a great park right across the street.
Tiffany is great. I just met with her regarding a couple of her properties and her personality is incredible. You can tell she cares about her properties and her residents.
The property manager Tiffany is an absolute gem! She is polite, professional and will go out of her way to make sure that you have the best experience possible here!
