Been living here almost a year and its impossible to get in hold with the people in the office here. They dont respond to calls or answer door when you knock on office. Never had a more neglect from a apartment staff. Edit: second time ac has went out in 3 months and they dont fix they just charge it and dont fix the leak or bad part. Dte was 400$ plus last month and no rush to fix ac or order parts while still paying full price for rent and lease increases.
I absolutely love living here. My building is great no issues at all. It is quiet and people are nice. I’m so happy with my apartment and my space. Location is good also and everything is close. The park is a total bonus across the street. I had a maintenance issue and Kisha handled it flawlessly. After looking at and dealing with other properties in the area I’m happy where I landed. Kisha gave me a tour and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me the honesty about the property and the deals they have going on! The apartment I toured was nice and spacious! Definitely see this place for your future home needs!
