I was told to come in and view apartment, I was told that AI tells everybody that, they don't even have a real person on the phone I get here and there is absolutely no apartment to view, what a waste of my time!
Stopped in to hopefully become a future resident and Tiffany was great help! Was able to answer each question and very straight forward
Tiffany, the Apartment Manager in the leasing office at West Garden Apt’s was very helpful and professional. It’s nice to know that you can receive exceptional customer service. She assisted me in resolving an issue with delivery of a package that was delivered to the wrong address. .
Tiffany was super helpful through the tour, application process, and signing! Super bubbly personality and I am excited to start living at West Garden!
