5 stars. Very professional and responsive. Always came out if minor issues had To be fixed. Update June 2025. 3 years later. 3 stars now. Had another deck experts out I was willing to pay for the 2 boards that still have sap coming through after 2 years ( yes I stained it too early per Jared but I waited 1 year and then stained it, so apparently that's too early...even I was told to wait 1 year which I did). The whole stained deck is fine to 99% after being stained 1 year later. the sap came through stain from only 2 boards.... read more

Jared and his team completed a deck rebuild and paint job at my home. They have impeccable customer service, strong attention to detail, are incredibly professional and stand by their work. I’d retain them for any job!

Set time aside for a call about a quote to have my deck replaced. Gave me the quote and then told me they wouldn't do the work because they have a $50,000 minimum for them to take the job... Why give me the quote in the first place?

Jared and his crew did such a fabulous job replacing our pool deck. He listened to our concerns regarding cost and function and came up with better ideas to save us money, while still creating a beautiful outdoor space. He was flexible in his timeline with coordinating with the pool company and very communicative. His crew members were cheerful and the site was thoroughly cleaned up upon completion. I highly recommend West Georgia Decks.
