One of the stupidest places I’ve ever been. The guy sitting in the office is extremely rude and very unprofessional. He has no respect for drivers.

Incompetent and dangerous drivers. Routinely passing on double solid lines and driving aggressively along hwy 54 and 22 zero regard for other drivers often pulling out in front of other motorists. Truck 720 is one of the worst offenders almost daily. Multiple complaints made to west Fraser with zero results just keeps happening. How they operate on the trunk road is even more unbelievable. Likely be the next ones to wipe out a bus load of kids just plain reckless and shameful.
I had a very disappointing experience with the shipper guy who sit on front at this location. The person handling drivers was extremely rude and unprofessional. As drivers, we are simply doing our job and deserve to be treated with basic respect and clear communication. Unfortunately, the staff member did not know how to speak properly with drivers and showed a lack of professionalism throughout the interaction. West fraser no doubt perfect and very good company throughout canada , front desk is the mirror of any organization but there shipping office guy is very rude all time he must show some courtsy to truck drivers.
