The slowest mill I ever been too got here at 10:30am checked in and was my turn to get loaded and the forklift driver asked for a ticket which they didn’t give me one had to go back to the scale house to get a ticket and get back in line. Mind you it was only two trucks in line when I got there and 6 behind me so I just came back around to the front of the line
I’ve seen places take 7 hours to load before. But they had 50-60 trucks to load. This place took 7 hours for 7 trucks. For flatbed lumber. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Checked in at 4:55pm 1 flatbed in front of me. Pulled me up and started loading at 5:10pm not sure about the bad reviews. Loaded and rolling in less then 1 hour
Bad experience no life, bad communication, you have long hours , can't do anything important have to request off and they give you points for anything I had gotten a point when I had to leave early to get an apartment, I got point because I had a flat tire and was late , the give you short breaks, the maintenance ppl don't do anything, the manager all they do is talk about everyone . Running production on old equipment that they never fix always stopping during the day equipment always messed up
