I had a wonderful experience with this office! They have excellent customer service and wonderful bedside manner! Although I had to get 2 root canals the team was very accommodating with their options for dental anxiety and I had no pain after the procedure was done! Dr. Nieves is a wonderful Doctor and highly recommend him!
This team is FANTASTIC! The office is welcoming, the staff is compitent and friendly, and Dr. Fitzhugh was incredible. The staff made sure I was comfortable and played music to help lower my anxiety. They offered me water and a blanket in case I was cold....top notch customer care right there. Dr.Fitzhugh walked me through the proceedure before hand and made sure the proceedure was quick, painless, and well done. 10/10 stars! Thanks guys!
My first interaction with Dr Nieves and his staff was respectful and totally professional. Their positive energy and dedication to what they do truly stand out. An awesome experience!!
Dr. Nieves is the best! I won't go anywhere else for a root canal. He has done two root canals for me & I didn't feel a thing on either one. His staff is great as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nieves!
