We have the utmost respect, and satisfaction for West Fork. Our love one has been in their care only a few months, but they have gone above and beyond for his care. Grateful for this place,and this group of caregivers
Director is literally the rudest person ever and they hire just about anyone and don’t really go through and caregiver training process. Residents in the same outfit for 2 days covered in feces. 0/10 do not send your loved ones to this location
For February family meal. The flank steak was so tuff you couldn't cut it with the plastic ware they give you. The sautéed broccoli im pretty sure was asparagus it didn't look like broccoli. It was overcooked. The baked potatoes wouldn't even melt butter. The Molten lava cake was probably the best piece of food they served. Thumbs down to their special meal. Very disappointed.
This is an awesome place. Very clean. Friendly staff.
