Thoughtful staff who genuinely care about all furbabies including their owners needs. Thank you for showing kindness & consideration towards a very anxious carer of furbabies, taking time to explain everything to me & having another set of safe caring arms to hold my furbabies for their Vaccinations. I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID this clinic at all costs if you love your pets. The owner is only focused on profits! The clinic is dirty and unsanitary. The staff here are incompetent and have no customer service skills. By far the worst vet I have every been to! This clinic used to be the best vet in the Western suburbs and this new owner has no care for your pets!
