The office staff is competent, Dr. Torralba - not so much. This is operated like a training facility where you explain your situation to a practicing doctor who then explains it to the attending physician - so even though the "real" doctor is in the room, you speak with the doctor in training. Dr. Torralba prescribed the wrong dosage of a medication. When I brought it up at a subsequent visit she only replied, "Oh yeah, remember I said there was a lower dose of that medicine." Doug APRN, has gone above and beyond in the brothers's care. My brother is bed bound and is mentally challenged. Doug has called me after he recognized my brother's blood was unusual abnormal. Doug has left his availability open when it comes to my brother's care. I got my brother in the car and Doug did His appointment via my brother's passenger car window. We are grateful for the level of care we are receiving at West Florida medical associates. Thank you very much
