The office staff is competent, Dr. Torralba - not so much. This is operated like a training facility where you explain your situation to a practicing doctor who then explains it to the attending physician - so even though the "real" doctor is in the room, you speak with the doctor in training. Dr. Torralba prescribed the wrong dosage of a medication. When I brought it up at a subsequent visit she only replied, "Oh yeah, remember I said there was a lower dose of that medicine."
