I'll admit, I've had a terrible experience with one Doctor at this location. However, the rest of the staff should not be punished for one bad apple. I've had wonderful care from Celia Wines. She has saved my life in more ways than one. The issue is that they book so many clients on each of the NPs and Drs that they can't properly even spend the time they would like to be able to get more information from their patients to maybe diagnose other things that might come through in those conversations. Do yourself a favor and figure out how to stay in good health on your own. The doctors at this place are absolutely horrible. They could care less about actually helping you and they would rather just give you a pill than good advice on how to stay healthy And of course I just want to remind everyone the last time I checked Florida ranked 47th in healthcare in America and places like this are the reason why.
I love all people in this office!! Celia is such a great healthcare provider. Karen and Ashley are top notch. I could go on and on and on. I think about Dr Gelin often but I couldn't imagine any better crew than the current team!
Like most, I'm inclined to come on here and tell what I don't like about this practice. First, they want you in every 3 months to get your Rx but apparently don't leave time open for same day appointments for their sick patients. In fact, I don't even think they answer the phones on Monday mornings. When I'm sick I want to see my PCP. Second, turn over of providers. The website is not updated.
