Horrible service. Shut off notices get sent a day before power shut off date. First gotinto my house told me they couldn't have some one out there for a week so all of my salt water fish died along with my corals. Horrible electric company.

Holy crap do y’all suck. Nearly impossible to get it set up to begin with and their website is trash. Do you want me to pay my bill or not?
The electric is WAY too high, and it goes off and comes back on a regular and consistent basis with no warning, leading to surges of electricity that burn out appliances and breakers. We had to replace our main breaker, and the men from West FL Coop said, "This is the fourth one of these this week that we've seen replaced." I wonder why...duh! They keep flickering that power so much, it destroys breakers....and they WON'T pay for repair. They take NO responsibility for the number of outages. They are not sincere, honest, or ... read more
