Absolutely trash of a service and a company.
Holy crap do y’all suck. Nearly impossible to get it set up to begin with and their website is trash. Do you want me to pay my bill or not?
The electric is WAY too high, and it goes off and comes back on a regular and consistent basis with no warning, leading to surges of electricity that burn out appliances and breakers. We had to replace our main breaker, and the men from West FL Coop said, "This is the fourth one of these this week that we've seen replaced." I wonder why...duh! They keep flickering that power so much, it destroys breakers....and they WON'T pay for repair. They take NO responsibility for the number of outages. They are not sincere, honest, or ... read more
The power has been off more than it's been on in our area. WFE shut our power off twice for random tests and updates. Apparently they didn't update in our area because our power just randomly shut off due to a tier breaker. Not worth the $300 bill I received
