Sell to FPL please. Worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with. The entire community agrees. Just leave already! We need another power company as an option so we aren’t stuck with these guys. Absolute joke.
Worst company of all time wont hook my power up I've been waiting for weeks and Everytime they come out they try their absolute hardest not to do any work maybe soon I could get some power to my home
If you can help it don’t use Wfec they will give you the runaround on everything. They have come out here twice now to tell me that something is wrong and they can’t hook up my power, even though I asked the first time If there was anything else that needed fixing. I still don’t have power, worst experience ever. No comparison for first time customers or from what I’ve read on here existing customers either.
They were so friendly and patient
Absolute worst electric company I’ve dealt with. They are the only electric company to get electric from in the area, this allows them to treat people any way they like. Good luck getting these engineers and people to do anything. They couldn’t even give me a phone call within the same week I paid them up. I guess we should have told them they can’t have any money till I see work. The engineer came out in the week and put out two flags.
