Mrs. Howell was incredibly kind and helpful.
The worst electric company I’ve ever seen in all my life living in over 6 states and 10 different places. I can’t even begin to relay how, unprofessional, inattentive, unhelpful, apathetic and overall terrible they are. I could go into detail about the constant power outages, power surges that have fried various appliances and the overall horrendously overpriced service that costs WELL above the national average, but other people have already done that.
