Steve DiNicolantonio is a poor excuse for a contractor. He hires hourly labor workers. Came to supervise our project exactly three times during a 5 month construction. The project took way longer than it should have finishing was unprofessional not fine finish trades. Then he sends an invoice with no back up invoices (We agreed to pay 20% over cost). DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. We asked for back up invoices and instead of sending he put a lien on our property. Stay FAR AWAY from this CONTRACTOR
