I am happy to write a review for West Flooring. Ivo and Joe recently completed two bathroom renovations and I was impressed with their dedication and attention to detail. I now have two beautiful new bathrooms. I would recommend West Flooring.
Ivo (John) did some major work at my house, including wood flooring, tiling and carpeting. I was very satisfied with the job, and found Ivo easy to work with. He kept a close eye on the work as it was done, communicated frequently and kept to the schedule he had committed to. Definitely recommend West Flooring
John was super helpful in fixing my bath tab tiles and hard floor in a short notice, while accommodating the tenant request. Definitely will go back to him when needed!

Based upon reviews from other customers on line, I thought I would drop by for info and a quote on our carpet stair project. The reviews were positive, however based upon my experience, I must wonder who wrote them. I met with the manager, showed him pictures of the job, including measurements. I was promised a reply that evening or a day later. I supplied both my email address and phone number to be contacted. More than a week later, nothing. Based upon my experience, I certainly can not recommend West Flooring
