Very sweet ladies, that went above and beyond to help. Truly a blessing to our community.
2.4% convience fee for paying online or over the phone ($9.20 for my $375 bill)...but drive in and utilize the same system and *surprise* no fee. 10% late fee for bills. Wild that a company feels good in charging these fees when the counties it services are some of the poorest in the state. Good job co-op
The ladies at work there that takes your payment are sp nice and very respectful
They are always shutting off the power. 4 times every month. It's the worst electric company I've ever delta with. I pay 500 dollars a month because I have to keep re cooling my house 4 to 5 times a month. This company is robbing everyone period. Would not live here or move here if you were thinking about it. Btw my place is less than 500 sq ft. I have to call to find out there's scheduled outages it's always at the hottest part of the day.
