Amazing. They really helpful with the dental insurances and they are wonderful with children. The whole team is nice and make us as parents feel comfortable. Moved my whole family here.
The staff is key. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the Doctors everyone is friendly, personable and professional. All my experiences at West Five have been excellent!

On January 15th I was scheduled to have the remains of a rear molar extracted and opted to have a light sedation for the procedure. This was the first time I had opted for this type of pain control, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I can’t say I remember very much…a good thing, and waking up was no problem. I felt a bit ‘wobbly’ afterwards, and had my husband there to drive me home. While I have only visited West Five clinic one or two times, Dr. Hesham Sherghin has given me outstanding professional service every time I have seen him here and at the other clinics he works out of. Due to past traumatic experiences, I have extreme dentist phobia, especially involving metal instruments of any kind (sharp or blunt). Dr. Sherghin acknowledged my fears, and treats me with patience and care with no condescension.
