Office staff is amazing and so kind with lovely environment
I have now been at West 5th for over ten years and continue to be very satisfied. Very nice apartments, great downtown Tempe location. Gated for security. Facilities and grounds are always well maintained and management is responsive to its tenants. Highly recommended whether your are part of the ASU community or a working professional.
I have been living here for almost 4 years, and I had no major issues with aprtment quality or management. Maintenance issues are fixed immediately and property managers are friendly and down to earth. One of the best quality/price apartments you could find!
This apartment complex was great during my time at ASU. Its location couldn't have been better for me: near the engineering/STEM side of campus, Mill Avenue, and Tempe Town Lake, yet still far away enough from Mill to be quiet. The complex is gated, making it feel safe, and it offers nice amenities. It's clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for studying.
