My family and I truly enjoy living in this complex. It is quiet and there is a park right next door. Maintenance is quick to get things fix and Mary, Monica and team are super helpful and care about tenants needs. I truly feel blessed to live in such a great, safe complex!! Highly recommend.
My experience living at West 5th was very positive. The location is conveniently close to downtown while being just far enough to avoid the noise and traffic. The Street Car stop is just a 4-5 minute walk down 5th St. making the west and south sides of ASU's campus easily accessible. My interactions with management were always pleasant. No issues at all with pests like roaches which seems to be a common issue for apartments elsewhere in Tempe. Clean, great location, and friendly staff.
Was looking for apartments.. couldn’t help but notice the absolutely racist comment that this community made to deny someone their security deposit, then confirmed their racism by doubling down in their response here. Absolutely shocking and shameful.
Enjoyed living here. Honestly no negatives. Management was quick to answer questions and repair anything that needed attention Mary in the office was quite helpful and always got back to me promptly. Nice gated place to feel safe in Apartment is dated but I felt rent was reasonable. There are rules in place for a reason and it helps to keep the complex safe, clean and noise free. Thankyou! Amazing place to live! It is quiet, clean, safe and family friendly. The management is always available and everyone, especially Mary, is very kind. Mary and her team make everyone feel welcome and run this complex beautifully. There is a park next door which also makes it a great location for little ones. I truly recommend it!
