So I was looking for a specific part from a specific car, and when I asked where I should start looking and the guy said "HMM IDK ANYWHERE, I GUESS". So I dont think they keep track of where they place their cars in the junkyard. I was looking for a door ajar switch (the little plunger looking thing in the door jamb that detects if your car door is open or closed). Went there for the first time, on a regular Monday... just to find a handwritten paper sign on the front gate stating they're closed for the day, no reason given. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and such a waste of gas-when having to come from the outskirts of Glyndon, MN...guess I should've called the establishment in advance, to make sure the business-would be open for business, LoL...
I called earlier in the day, was told I had until 5pm to stop by and look at the size 17 tires. I get there at 4:35, and no one could answer the phone. Then after sitting there waiting for 10 minutes I finally get someone to answer and they tell me I can't go in the yard after 4:30. Then says she'll call me back after talking to whoever was in the yard. Then once I finally get to look at the bins of tires, there are no size 17 tires at all. If someone is going to be giving information out over the phone, it better be correct... read more
