Went there for the first time, on a regular Monday... just to find a handwritten paper sign on the front gate stating they're closed for the day, no reason given. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and such a waste of gas-when having to come from the outskirts of Glyndon, MN...guess I should've called the establishment in advance, to make sure the business-would be open for business, LoL...
I called earlier in the day, was told I had until 5pm to stop by and look at the size 17 tires. I get there at 4:35, and no one could answer the phone. Then after sitting there waiting for 10 minutes I finally get someone to answer and they tell me I can't go in the yard after 4:30. Then says she'll call me back after talking to whoever was in the yard. Then once I finally get to look at the bins of tires, there are no size 17 tires at all. If someone is going to be giving information out over the phone, it better be correct... read more
Shady staff lost a wallet and staff wouldnt show video thru only right before and cut to when my uncle left. Know it dropped after he paid

They had the car i was looking for although alot of it was smashed to bits I was able to find a couple of items, staff was nice but I wasn't informed about having to pay for the parts I salvaged after paying an entry fee, there also seemed to be no system reason behind the price of each item alot of which was more expensive then a brand new one, it's okay for same day parts but is super spendy for whatever reason 70 bucks for a civic bumper that's cracked and waterlogged, that you have to salvage just seemed not accurate pri... read more
