They lied to us.. Not a good company, Go somewhere else

My husband has hearing aids supplied by the VA Hospital in Seattle, but it is a long and stressful drive to the VA Hospital to have them serviced every month. Other suppliers of his brand of hearing aid in the Everett area refused to service them. They told us we had to get them serviced where we got them. I was very impressed and happy with my experience at West Family Hearing. Evidently, I have always had tinnitus in both ears my whole life and didn't realize it. Now that I am a senior, I finally became aware of this and did something about it. After searching the web for hearing clinics in my area, I read a West Family Hearing review from a woman who had recently found out she tinnitus in both ears, and was able to find hearing aids that helped her greatly with coping with tinnitus. If you need a hearing test, this place is great! They will test your ears for free and help you with options if you need hearing aids. There is no pressure to buy and they are very kind and knowledgeable. My dad and I were both impressed!
These people are very-very good and care for their patients. Have been very happy every time I have gone. And they have candy.
Dr. West was thorough and knowledgeable and explained the test results carefully. He even cleaned some excess ear wax out of my ears. I learned a couple of things about my hearing that I didn't know before. Would definitely recommend Dr. West.
