Kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr Olmsted really cares about our animals! So grateful to have such a great veterinarian that we can depend on to help us take care of our pets. He is the best hands down and also very reasonable with costs.

Dr.olmstead paralyzed my dogs paw after performing a spay because he used an outdated practice of intramuscular penicillin injection. He propped her up and fixed her paw to try to hide it, until I got to the car. I caught it as she had to use the bathroom outside, and his answer was "oh, oh well, must of hit a nerve." Zero empathy and zero concern. Also offered a discount if I paid cash, this was to avoid paying taxes because he would not document it to the IRS. No receipt or paperwork was given.
