I was driving from MN to TX when my battery died in Carthage and I was stuck on the side of the road. I got battery replaced but still had warning light. I then googled the closest auto repair shop and went to West Fairview Auto & Diesel Garage. They diagnosed the problem (bad aleternator) and got me back on the road within 2 hours. I was happy with the price because they helped me out of a jam and the price was fair. To me, that shows this shop is trustworthy and I recommend them highly. If you are a women do not go here! I brought my car in to get new brake pads which is a simple task that can be done at home i just didnt have the proper tools due to just moving. They refused and put new brakes on instead and then notified me and made me pay after the fact. They also demanded to know where I live so they could "pick me up when they were done with my car". There was a scraping sound after but its normall for new brakes... but months later the scraping noise didnt go away on my rear tire. I took it in to anot... read more

Horrible experience. Total cost was way more than estimate provided, stated would take a week and took 3.5 weeks. Items were stolen from vehicle. And rear lights still don't work.
