I had a couch delivery by West Express Inc. located in High Point, NC on 9-28-2018. First and for most, Ms. Peggy worked very diligently to get my couch delivered as soon as possible. Actually, the delivery came a day earlier. Kudos for an early delivery date, but it goes down hill from there. West Express Inc. sent two delivery men who had a very difficult time getting the couch in the house. I suggested 4 times to take some of the cardboard off and that would help.
